Can Unlock Records Registry entry

Specifies a list of users who can unlock locked EBC Certificate records.

Note: Only for use by the Mississippi State Department of Health.

Hospital users key EBC records. When the hospital is happy that the information on the record is complete, the record is submitted to the Mississippi State Department of Health, at which point the record is “locked” to hospital users. Locking a record means that the hospital can query for and find the record but can no longer edit it. Any changes to the record must then be made by the Mississippi State Department of Health. This entry enables a Mississippi State Department of Health user to unlock a locked record, allowing the hospital to edit it.

Note: It is exceptionally rare for a record to be unlocked. Authorised users are Mississippi State Department of Health users and not hospital users as only the Mississippi State Department of Health can authorise the unlocking of a record.

Note: If this entry is not present, a setting of false is assumed.
